Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within SaaS, enterprise software, consulting, or managed services environments
  • Strong experience managing enterprise-level client portfolios, ideally 20+ accounts simultaneously
  • Background in legal, insurance, claims, risk, or legal spend management environments strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables (macros preferred)
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience working with data reporting tools such as SQL or BI platforms is a plus
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with senior decision-makers
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on business impact and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for legal spend management solutions
  • Deliver and interpret complex legal spend analytics across monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting cycles to support executive decision-making
  • Drive client onboarding, adoption, and engagement through structured training, guidance, and ongoing analytical support
  • Lead stewardship meetings and quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment on goals, performance, and value realization
  • Collaborate with internal operations, product, and engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
  • Monitor client health, execute corrective action plans for at-risk accounts, and ensure timely resolution of escalations
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and contribute to enhancements in lifecycle processes and workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client objectives, deliverables, and performance tracking metrics
