Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required; macros preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across 20–30 enterprise clients
- Proven ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for executive audiences
- Experience working with client data, reporting, or analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools preferred)
- Analytical, process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and business impact
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Enterprise Software or Consulting
- Preferred experience in legal, insurance, claims, or risk-related industries
Responsibilities
- Own and manage enterprise client relationships across an assigned portfolio
- Deliver complex legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) and translate them into clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Drive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, and ongoing analytics support
- Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and lead stewardship/QBR meetings where appropriate
- Collaborate with the MBR team on client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues as needed
- Identify client needs and objectives and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and resolve issues
- Ensure client objectives are clearly documented, tracked, and actively monitored for progress
- Oversee the timely approval of project deliverables, maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
- Recommend improvements to customer lifecycle processes and internal workflows
- Partner with product and engineering teams on prioritisation and testing inputs
- Execute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track outcomes through resolution
- Stay current on MBR products, services, and industry trends
- Travel to client sites as needed
