  • Strong background in partner-oriented selling, ideally within technology-enabled financial services, compliance, or SaaS industries
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and inspire high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with experience using data to guide decision-making
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with overall business and growth objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with SaaS providers, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Drive partnership-led revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing, referral programs, and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs
  • Expand market reach by identifying new channels, ecosystems, and commercial opportunities
  • Enable partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively position and sell solutions
  • Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and optimize initiatives to maximize revenue and strategic impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
