Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, program management, or similar roles within fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong experience building and optimizing systems, workflows, and organizational infrastructure from the ground up
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Slack, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
  • Experience supporting senior executives and managing up effectively in high-visibility roles
  • Comfort leveraging automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, proactively managing priorities, tracking decisions, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives
  • Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce friction across the organization
  • Own the structure, facilitation, and effectiveness of leadership meetings, including agenda setting, cadence management, and action tracking
  • Lead the development of high-impact presentations and communications, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery of key materials
  • Build and maintain knowledge management systems, including documentation, dashboards, and tracking tools for OKRs and organizational metrics
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating working sessions and ensuring clear communication across teams
  • Oversee planning and execution of internal events and leadership retreats, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines
