Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping
  • Experience in property management
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
  • Experience using Rent Manager software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for property portfolios
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments using Rent Manager
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry
  • Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and rent roll
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing
