Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a communication-based or people-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
  • An innate ability to build rapport and solid relationships quickly over the phone.
  • A coachable mindset with the drive to grow and improve continuously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other software tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
  • The ability to work within multiple time zones across the U.S.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume phone environment (call center, outbound sales, political canvassing, fundraising) or a fast-paced people-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from primarily cold lead sources.
  • Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Log and manage your outreach in our CRM.
  • Actively participate in call calibrations and roleplays to refine scripts, talk tracks, and messaging.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to communicate effectively with prospects.
