Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a communication-based or people-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- An innate ability to build rapport and solid relationships quickly over the phone.
- A coachable mindset with the drive to grow and improve continuously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other software tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
- The ability to work within multiple time zones across the U.S.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Prior experience in a high-volume phone environment (call center, outbound sales, political canvassing, fundraising) or a fast-paced people-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from primarily cold lead sources.
- Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Log and manage your outreach in our CRM.
- Actively participate in call calibrations and roleplays to refine scripts, talk tracks, and messaging.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to communicate effectively with prospects.
