Requirements
- Experience in customer service center or help desk environment
- Experience providing customer service through email, in-app chat, and Slack
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Experience with ticketing solutions such as Atlassian
- Experience with ticketing solutions such as Jira
- Experience with ticketing solutions such as ZenDesk
- Experience with ticketing solutions such as Salesforce Service Cloud
Responsibilities
- Learn the ins and outs of the Quorum platform and test common use cases
- Provide direct support to clients
- Develop knowledge of the product and how everyday users interact with it
- Help people understand how to best use Quorum through direct support and self-service offerings
- Build out Help Center resources and product guides
- Work with the team to fine-tune the product for optimal usability
- Ensure clients have an amazing experience with Quorum
- Provide team and individual product demonstrations and trainings
- Address challenges quickly and creatively
- Act as staunch advocates for clients, identifying and responding to diverse client use cases
