Requirements
- BSEE or MSEE preferred
- Strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts
- Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with data-driven sales forecasting
- Existing network within major semiconductor or OEM organizations (Preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across global time zones (Preferred)
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories
- Manage key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets
- Forecast sales pipelines, identify emerging opportunities, and drive market penetration
- Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy
- Support new product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional teams
