Requirements

  • BSEE or MSEE preferred
  • Strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Familiarity with data-driven sales forecasting
  • Existing network within major semiconductor or OEM organizations (Preferred)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across global time zones (Preferred)
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories
  • Manage key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets
  • Forecast sales pipelines, identify emerging opportunities, and drive market penetration
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy
  • Support new product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional teams
