Requirements
- 1-3 years of Outbound SDR/Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to spend 3+ hours a day on the phone.
- Strong curiosity about how AI is shaping modern sales.
- Comfortable leveraging AI capabilities within tools beyond ChatGPT and Gemini, like Common Room, Amplemarket, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Eager to experiment with new AI tools that streamline processes and make workflows more efficient.
- Ability to write strategic emails and converse professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives.
- Willingness to work with others across the sales team and a desire to help build the future of the Ceros sales engine.
- A "start-up soul" that thrives in a changing environment with an ever-evolving AI-forward product.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Outbound qualified leads, achieving quotas by leveraging AI for high-velocity prospecting.
- Spend 3-4 hours a day prospecting via cold calling to source meetings for your New Business Director.
- Manage multiple vendor-forward and homegrown AI tools, moving seamlessly between platforms to optimize workflow.
- Take ownership of AI agents, responsible for the creativity behind their deployment, monitoring their performance, and auditing their output to ensure brand alignment.
- Generate qualified Outbound meetings for our new business pod through sophisticated, high-touch phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Manage the hand-off to sales executives and maintain pristine data integrity within our Hubspot CRM.
