Requirements

  • 2–5 years of marketing, communications, or content experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity
  • Experience with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
  • Comfort working independently, managing own priorities, and delivering on deadline in a part-time capacity
  • Attention to detail and pride in the quality of output
  • Experience in government contracting (GovCon) marketing or federal BD support (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with SAM.gov, GovWin, or similar opportunity tracking platforms (strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting proposals or capture efforts (strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, or social media management tools (strongly preferred)
  • Exposure to design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Kollabio's external presence
  • Write content, manage the website, create collateral
  • Ensure brand voice is sharp and consistent across every channel
  • Help the leadership team pursue new business
  • Draft proposal sections
  • Monitor opportunity boards (SAM.gov, GovWin, etc.)
  • Prepare capability statements
  • Package our story for capture efforts
  • Write and publish blog posts, case studies, press releases, and social content
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral: capability statements, one-pagers, slide decks
  • Manage and update the company website (content, structure, SEO basics)
  • Use AI tools as a force multiplier across all of the above
  • Monitor federal opportunity sources and flag relevant RFIs/RFPs to leadership
  • Draft and refine proposal sections, past performance narratives, and response outlines
  • Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen Kollabio's positioning
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
