Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management, program or project management roles in tech.
- Proven track record of managing distributed technical teams or being a key coordinator in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong knowledge of project tracking and workflow optimization.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence in an operational leadership context.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and project life cycles (no need to be a hands-on architect).
- Strong stakeholder management skills — you can align with peers, not escalate by default.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall coordination of the PoC program, keeping execution plans up-to-date, ensuring accurate status reporting and visibility for leadership.
- Streamline workflows by managing Jira automation and maintaining consistent documentation.
- Act as a trusted execution partner for Solutions Architects: help organize and follow through on initiatives so architects can focus on customer-facing work.
- Support cross-team alignment by coordinating with Product, Sales, and Support stakeholders when PoC projects require it.
- Identify and implement improvements in how PoCs are managed, creating repeatable patterns and reducing overhead for the team.
- Lead additional initiatives related to the architects’ work (e.g. workshops, partner activities, training sessions) as part of the broader PoC program.
