Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or product delivery within a technology-driven organization
- Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity through successful launch
- Strong background in defining and operating Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), SDLC, or similar structured delivery frameworks
- Experience working in fintech, financial services, or other regulated or high-complexity environments is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence
- Experience with product roadmap or portfolio management tools (e.g., Productboard, Aha!, Jira Align, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of OKRs, metrics, and how to translate business goals into execution plans and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive alignment, surface risks early, and confidently ‘say the hard thing’ to improve outcomes
- Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on elevating team performance and enabling others
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional product and technology initiatives from discovery and planning through launch and post-launch evaluation
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), including standardized artifacts such as PRDs, business cases, launch plans, and retrospectives
- Own and evolve product roadmap tooling to ensure a single source of truth connecting OKRs, initiatives, milestones, and dependencies
- Build and maintain portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and communication cadences to provide visibility into delivery health and strategic progress
- Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers while facilitating timely decision-making and escalation when needed
- Establish and standardize best practices, workflows, and templates to improve execution consistency, speed, and quality across product teams
- Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and operations leaders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities
- Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, delivery frameworks, and operational excellence
