Job Details

Experience: 5-7 years

Requirements

5-7 years designing client-facing or consumer products
Experience with B2B SaaS with real workflow complexity
Portfolio showing shipped work with before/after and results
Proficiency in using AI tools for prototyping (Claude Code, Lovable, v0, Cursor)
Understanding of growth metrics (activation, retention, user adoption)
Ability to learn from users and validate assumptions
Capability to break complex problems into simple steps
Pragmatic approach to shipping and learning from iterations
Experience working with design systems (using and extending components)
Strong collaboration skills with engineers and PMs
Ability to explain design thinking and decisions

Responsibilities

Own design across the client experience (job tracking, onboarding, integrations, new product surfaces)
Run and ship AI experiments, designing, testing, and iterating fast
Use AI tools to prototype (Claude Code, Lovable, v0, etc.)
Talk to law firm clients to understand needs and pain points
Design for growth, focusing on activation, retention, and user success
Work with and extend existing design systems (Atlas for web, Compass for mobile)
Partner with engineers and PMs to push for good UX within shipping realities
Measure design effectiveness using metrics like task completion and activation rates
Design new product surfaces to expand law firm capabilities on Proof
Design onboarding flows for fast user success
Design integration experiences for law practice management systems and enterprise clients
Design AI-powered features to reduce repetitive inputs and surface information
Design job tracking and status experiences to reduce client inquiries
Design firm account and settings interfaces for complex client needs
