Requirements
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of measuring the size and complexity of software using Function Point Analysis
- Valid IFPUG - Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical thinking, with good presentation and collaboration skills
- Familiar with the Agile development cycle of web applications (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship model, etc.)
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, and CSS technologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with client officers and stakeholders
- Elicit business requirements and translate them into functional (e.g. use cases, user stories, etc.) and non-functional specifications
- Estimate project size using Function Points (FP)
- Contribute to system design and architecture tasks
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements
- Participate in functional testing
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Produce end-user documentation (e.g. user manuals)
- Develop training curriculum and conduct training sessions
- Assist in project management, authoring of technical documentation, team coordination, and reporting
