Requirements
- 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
- Strong SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred)
- Experience with data modeling
- Experience with data warehousing
- Experience with ELT processes
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) and interest in applying them to analytics workflows
- Ability to translate complex data (including AI-generated outputs) into clear business insights
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of data governance and the importance of trusted, consistent definitions
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools and Insights Agents (e.g., Claude) to automate foundational analysis, uncover patterns in complex datasets, and accelerate time-to-insight
- Translate AI-generated outputs into clear, trusted business recommendations
- Conduct deep analysis of large, complex datasets to support high-impact initiatives
- Move beyond descriptive reporting to identify drivers, trends, and opportunities across the business
- Design and maintain scalable data models and contribute to a centralized semantic layer
- Design and optimize dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools, with a focus on executive-level insights
- Partner with business teams to integrate AI capabilities into analytics workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to define analytical approaches, balancing traditional BI methods with AI-enabled workflows
- Support the development and adoption of a centralized data dictionary
- Upskill analysts and business users on both traditional BI and emerging AI-enabled analytics capabilities
- Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual analysis with automated, AI-assisted workflows
