Requirements
- 10+ years of experience partnering with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders
- Deep expertise in solution architecture
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features
- Ability to anticipate issues and blockers, surface trade-offs early, and translate insights into solutions
- Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to support business cases for technical investment (budget + tooling), tying recommendations back to revenue and strategic outcomes
- Ability to confidently push back using data, stories, and experience while maintaining strong partnerships
- Strategic problem solving skills
- Ability to transform how organizations operate
- Actively create an inclusive environment that’s welcoming to all, and be a steward of company culture
- Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect (or actively pursuing) is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own solution leadership on accounts by establishing trust with senior stakeholders, providing clarity through complexity, and ensuring solution quality end-to-end
- Collaborate with teams in early project stages to define solution approaches and ensure the work is appropriate scoped and sequenced
- Design solutions for complex workstreams and presenting them to client teams in a way that builds confidence, aligns stakeholders, and makes the case for scalability and best practice
- Define architecture principles and standards and own communication and justification of design decisions with internal teams and clients
- Drive strategy for complex solution design, execution, and deployment, including work that spans multiple systems, teams, and processes
- Steer infrastructure and architecture direction by spotting gaps and unknowns, understanding downstream impacts, and advocating for durable, scalable solutions
- Act as a delegator, reviewer, and advisor on medium-complexity solutions, raising quality, and enabling others to move faster
- Proactively anticipating issues and blockers, leading conversations around goals, trade-offs, and constraints, and unblocking delivery teams
- Improve how your team communicates and shows work by defining processes, standards, best practices, and new ways of working
- Actively up-level the team through coaching and mentoring, including career development support and skill-building
- Facilitate workshops, process sessions and decision meetings to steer, lead and drive x-functional teams and leaders through change
- Act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space by keeping a pulse on releases and trends, and helping form a point of view on how changes will impact teams and customers
