Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or scale-up
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Claude, or similar tools)
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and refine underlying logic and processes
- Hands-on mindset with a proven ability to build and deploy automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial “builder” mindset with ownership of end-to-end project delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s AI and automation strategy
- Build and scale practical solutions
- Act as a strategic partner to go-to-market leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities
- Design and deploy AI-driven workflows using tools such as n8n and other automation platforms
- Build and iterate rapid prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Translate AI market trends into actionable automation strategies and scalable playbooks
- Drive organizational change by embedding automation into daily workflows and operations
- Establish scalable frameworks and best practices for sustainable automation initiatives
- Bridge strategic advisory and technical execution to deliver measurable business impact
