Requirements
- Tech-savvy professional with a background in Operations, Process Management, or a comparable interface role.
- Strong background in designing and documenting complex workflows.
- Ability to map "messy" human processes into clean, logical, automated sequences.
- Natural aptitude for structuring data, understanding data hygiene, and custom field relationships.
- Ability to prepare information so that an LLM can make sense of it.
- Confidence in exploring new tools and high affinity for coding or low-code automation.
- Initial experience with Python, Google Scripts, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Deep curiosity about Agentic AI.
- Fluent in English.
- Ideally intermediate in German (B2).
Responsibilities
- Drive the use of AI within People & Org, experimenting with Agentic AI and LLM frameworks (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to automate manual bottlenecks.
- Support the entire team (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Partnering, Culture, and Operations) in translating conceptual ideas into high-performing technical workflows.
- Build and maintain custom AI agents and sophisticated automated workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, Gemini, and various LLM frameworks.
- Streamline processes over the whole People landscape (e.g., creation of materials for development plans, event planning, candidate sourcing and screening, internal FAQ responses).
- Act as an enabler for the team, training People & Org colleagues on prompt engineering and new tool adoption.
- Ensure AI transformation is ethical, unbiased, and deeply integrated into existing ATS (Lever) and HRIS ecosystems.
