Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets ($15M+)
- Strong hands-on expertise in multiple performance channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing
- Experience overseeing SEO and/or AEO strategy and managing external agency relationships
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and incrementality measurement platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating in a remote-first setup
- Experience with forecasting, budget management, and performance optimization at scale
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the internal paid media team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management as the organization grows
- Own and optimize a $15M+ annual media budget with a focus on efficiency, revenue growth, and iROAS performance
- Build and maintain robust reporting and analytics frameworks across all paid media channels
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Own SEO and AEO strategy as the internal subject matter expert, ensuring alignment with broader growth objectives
- Manage external agency partners, defining KPIs, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring execution quality and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with agencies on content strategy, keyword targeting, and technical SEO improvements in partnership with product teams
- Lead channel forecasting, budget planning, and ongoing performance reporting across growth initiatives
- Identify, design, and execute new channel experiments to improve reach, efficiency, and incremental growth
- Partner with analytics teams to manage incrementality testing (MMM, geo-experiments) and evaluate channel impact
- Continuously evaluate performance opportunities and scale high-performing acquisition strategies
