Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience in Salesforce administration, product ownership, or Revenue Operations
- Familiarity with business systems beyond Salesforce
- Deep expertise in Flow architecture and declarative automation tools
- Proven experience owning a systems roadmap
- Experience managing a backlog and delivering work through agile methodologies (Jira or similar tools)
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and platform limitations (e.g., governor limits)
- Strong understanding of GTM systems and processes (lead-to-opportunity flows, forecasting, renewals, case management)
- Experience managing or coordinating distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with data governance (deduplication, enrichment tools, data accuracy)
- Experience leveraging AI tools or Salesforce AI capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to write clear specifications
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce product roadmap and manage the systems team’s Jira sprint cadence
- Lead stakeholder discovery sessions, write user stories, and translate business needs into specs
- Map current-state and future-state workflows, identify gaps, and define scalable solutions
- Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and post-launch adoption across GTM, Customer Experience, Operations and Finance
- Serve as the communication hub between business stakeholders and the delivery team
- Maintain operational health and day-to-day support across Coursedog's GTM systems portfolio
- Serve as the technical delivery partner for functional leads across RevOps, Customer Success, and Product & Engineering Operations
- Maintain working familiarity with how data and workflows move across the ecosystem via integration and automation tooling
- Own the prioritization of GTM systems work, balancing functional team needs against capacity and strategic direction
- Direct and coordinate a team of 3 offshore Salesforce Administrators/Developers
- Design and build complex Salesforce Flows
- Own object design, field management, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and profiles
- Build the reports and dashboards that Sales, CS, and Finance actually use
- Define requirements and review technical designs for integrations within the broader ecosystem
- Audit the org for broken flows, dead fields, redundant automations, and governor limit risks
- Identify, design, and deploy AI agent use cases
- Map manual, repetitive GTM processes and build autonomous agent flows
- Stay current on Salesforce platform releases, evaluate new AI capabilities, and provide team input
