  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a related field or function
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences and other industry events
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Experience utilizing Google Suite Products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet

Responsibilities

  • Configure QGenda solution using customer requirements and best practices while taking into account ease of use and maintenance of the configuration for the customer and QGenda Customer Success team
  • Prepare for and lead implementation & customer training calls as appropriate
  • Document final configuration of QGenda setup
  • Transfer knowledge effectively to Customer Success
  • Work cross functionally with TAM’s, Project Coordinators and Project Managers, Customer Success Managers (CSM’s) and other QGenda resources, to ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered
  • Maintain task plans and timelines in workflow management system and customer success platform (CSP)
  • Escalate to management when customer’s success criteria are in jeopardy and when customers are dissatisfied with progress and movement of the on-boarding process
