- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a related field or function
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences and other industry events
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Experience utilizing Google Suite Products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Smartsheet
Responsibilities
- Configure QGenda solution using customer requirements and best practices while taking into account ease of use and maintenance of the configuration for the customer and QGenda Customer Success team
- Prepare for and lead implementation & customer training calls as appropriate
- Document final configuration of QGenda setup
- Transfer knowledge effectively to Customer Success
- Work cross functionally with TAM’s, Project Coordinators and Project Managers, Customer Success Managers (CSM’s) and other QGenda resources, to ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered
- Maintain task plans and timelines in workflow management system and customer success platform (CSP)
- Escalate to management when customer’s success criteria are in jeopardy and when customers are dissatisfied with progress and movement of the on-boarding process
