Responsibilities
- Design observability solutions for customer engineering teams, including OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategy, dashboard customization, and use case optimization.
- Create custom integration guides, troubleshooting documentation, and best practices documentation.
- Directly contribute to customer codebases, debug instrumentation issues, and ensure successful deployments.
- Identify patterns in customer deployments and collaborate with product teams to build better defaults, templates, and tooling.
