Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field
- Sales experience in the Medical Devices market
- Strong industry network
- Experience with complex deals and contract negotiation
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience with Account Planning
- Experience with CRMs
- Exceptional presentational skills, both written and verbal
- Degree or background in engineering (preferred)
- Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or contract manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Plastics manufacturing knowledge (preferred)
- Experience in machining or connected healthcare (preferred)
- Experience with logistics (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the planning, design and implementation of customers' specific business plans
- Provide vision, penetration strategies and tactics to executive managers
- Develop and drive external and internal senior level relationships
- Analyze and understand customers' business strategies, future product plans, expansion activities
- Align Flex resources where mutually beneficial and cultivate and capture new business
- Manage each account for maximum operating profit and revenue growth
- Develop and communicate metrics for account performance to all levels of internal and external management
- Maintain and sustain business relationships, close deals and drive high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support and/or participate in management team negotiations on difficult and/or critical business matters
- Be involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies which affect immediate operations
- Work on issues within the spectrum of planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining cost methods and employees
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure budgets, schedules and performance criteria are met
