Team Rubicon is a non-profit organization providing disaster relief in the critical window between when a disaster strikes and when traditional aid organizations arrive. We leverage the skills and experience of military veterans and first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams to areas in need. Our unique value proposition lies in our ability to mobilize quickly and effectively. Team Rubicon operates across a modern technology stack to streamline operations and communication, including technologies like WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, to enhance user experience. Our engineering culture focuses on agility and rapid response, enabling us to provide critical services to communities in need. We provide a flexible and non-traditional work schedule (relocation expenses not provided), with unlimited paid time off and many other perks.
