Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing across B2B and B2C audiences
- Demonstrated success building or scaling database marketing programs in high-growth technology, marketplace, or platform businesses
- 3+ years leading marketers directly, with demonstrated ability to coach ICs across demand generation and MarTech disciplines
- Comfortable partnering with demand generation manager and can go deep with paid acquisition, marketing automation, SEO/AEO, and analytics platforms
- As an AI-first operator, AI is embedded in how you plan, execute, and report
- Strong analytical skills, experience building attribution models, defining funnel metrics, and translating data into growth strategy
- Comfortable with Amplitude or marketing analytics platforms
- Experience managing marketing budgets with rigor — building forecasts, tracking spend efficiency, and making reallocation decisions
- Experience with marketplace dynamics with distinct acquisition funnels (preferred)
- Background in high-growth technology or marketplace businesses (preferred)
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Braze, Segment, or Clay — and technical marketing tools like APIs, no-code automation, or AI tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for demand generation end to end – paid acquisition, database marketing, funnel instrumentation, and conversion optimization.
- Directly accountable for MAL and MQL volume, CPL, CAC, and funnel conversion rates.
- Build database marketing as a core growth pillar.
- Scale Evolve's owned-channel acquisition capability — prospect identification, enrichment, segmentation, and outbound programs.
- Instrument the funnel by building attribution models, dashboards, and measurement infrastructure.
- Run a continuous experimentation program, designing and executing a testing roadmap across channels, creative, audiences, and landing pages.
- Deploy AI across campaign optimization, audience modeling, content generation, and reporting automation.
- Own the stack, budget, and agency relationships.
- Lead a high-performing team, developing direct reports to operate with autonomy and accountability.
