Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs or strategic consulting experience.
  • Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics preferred.
  • Formal educational background or clinical experience in genetic counseling or medical genetics preferred.
  • High integrity.
  • Project management including organization, attention to detail, and timeline tracking.
  • Experience marketing products and services to healthcare providers including synthesizing clinical information and composing concise promotional copy.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic financial and economic modeling skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset required.
  • Familiarity with, interest in digital marketing channels and tactics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive adoption of Natera’s genetic tests, UX offerings, and patient education tools.
  • Create and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and promote key Panorama NIPT and Vistara Single-Gene NIPT messages.
  • Develop and implement HCP and patient marketing campaigns, content, and engagement tactics.
  • Present marketing campaigns, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, Patient Experience, Sales, Medical, and Leadership teams.
  • Develop and support the execution of commercial launch plans for new product features and services.
  • Conduct market research on customer drivers, competitive landscape, and effectiveness of messaging.
  • Identify and size business opportunities by creating business cases and financial models.
  • Effectively manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors and budget.
  • Track and improve ROI for marketing programs.
