Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Client-facing experience as a CSM or Account Manager
  • Exposure working with Payroll clients/accounts
  • Previous experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism
  • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy
  • Ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
  • Ability to synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
  • Solid track record of achievement
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Experience with Australian payroll is essential

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT and Payroll accounts
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
  • Engage appropriate internal stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly
  • Manage customer communications along the way
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
  • Share feedback with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
