Requirements

  • 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles
  • Industry experience in SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries
  • Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with customer engagement tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable laptop
  • Stable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximise the value of products/services.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience and driving adoption of the product.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell solutions while reducing churn through strategic engagement.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyse usage metrics and feedback to optimise customer engagement strategies and increase success rates.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience and deliver meaningful insights.
  • Represent customer needs internally and champion solutions that drive long-term satisfaction.
