Requirements
- 2+ years in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting
- Capable of independently managing multiple requisitions without reminders
- Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing and internal messaging
- Comfortable triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and escalating only when necessary
- Detail-oriented, able to track dozens of moving parts in parallel
- Proficiency with ATS / Recruitment Platforms (Workable or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Job Boards (Indeed or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
- Proficiency with Slack
Responsibilities
- Own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Ensure every role is filled with the right candidate on time
- Operate independently, balancing multiple hiring requirements
- Maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Write and post job ads across multiple platforms
- Screen incoming applications for minimum qualifications and cultural fit
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across time zones
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and culture requirements
