Job Details

2+ years in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting
Capable of independently managing multiple requisitions without reminders
Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing and internal messaging
Comfortable triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and escalating only when necessary
Detail-oriented, able to track dozens of moving parts in parallel
Proficiency with ATS / Recruitment Platforms (Workable or equivalent)
Proficiency with Job Boards (Indeed or equivalent)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
Proficiency with Slack

Own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
Ensure every role is filled with the right candidate on time
Operate independently, balancing multiple hiring requirements
Maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience
Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
Write and post job ads across multiple platforms
Screen incoming applications for minimum qualifications and cultural fit
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across time zones
Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the process
Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards
Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and culture requirements
