Requirements

  • 2+ years in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting
  • Capable of independently managing multiple requisitions without reminders
  • Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing and internal messaging
  • Comfortable triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and escalating only when necessary
  • Detail-oriented, able to track dozens of moving parts in parallel
  • Proficiency with ATS / Recruitment Platforms (Workable or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Job Boards (Indeed or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
  • Proficiency with Slack

Responsibilities

  • Own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
  • Ensure every role is filled with the right candidate on time
  • Operate independently, balancing multiple hiring requirements
  • Maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience
  • Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Write and post job ads across multiple platforms
  • Screen incoming applications for minimum qualifications and cultural fit
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across time zones
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and culture requirements
