Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in martech consulting, client strategy, or revenue leadership
  • Track record of managing complex, high-value client portfolios
  • Proven success managing portfolios exceeding $4M, including strategic accounts with multi-solution engagements
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence senior client leaders confidently
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks
  • Deep understanding of customer engagement platforms
  • Deep understanding of evolving martech ecosystems
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across functions
  • Ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex strategy and solutioning
  • Excellent communication skills to lead high-impact conversations
  • Ability to build multi-threaded relationships across executive, marketing, data, and technology stakeholders
  • Comfortable with up to 25% travel
  • Experience coaching and enabling team members on commercial discipline, strategic selling, and executive communications (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue strategy and commercial performance for strategic, high-value accounts and complex multi-workstream engagements.
  • Drive sophisticated expansion planning and multi-year growth initiatives.
  • Lead pricing, negotiation, and structuring of complex or enterprise-level Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy through clear communication of risks, pacing, and account trajectory.
  • Build and own senior-level, multi-threaded relationships across executive, marketing, data, and technology stakeholders.
  • Lead high-impact conversations that influence client investment priorities and long-term strategies.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client challenges, navigating tension with clarity and poise.
  • Facilitate cross-business alignment within client organizations to unlock new opportunities and deepen partnerships.
  • Partner closely with Delivery leadership to ensure quality, cohesion, and financial health across all active workstreams.
  • Connect strategic client priorities to the right mix of Stitch capabilities and expertise.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through complex strategy, discovery, and solutioning processes.
  • Provide organizational visibility into patterns, emerging opportunities, and client risks.
  • Coach Associate Client Partners and Client Partners on commercial discipline, executive communication, and strategic selling (without direct people management).
  • Contribute to Client Partner organizational standards, frameworks, and training materials.
  • Support Executive Client Partners with portfolio-level planning, pipeline reviews, and team enablement.
