Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in program or project management
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong experience managing operating rhythms (plans, risks, dependencies, decision tracking)
  • Hands-on experience with rollout planning, go-live readiness, and execution management
  • Experience coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management and adoption for new tools or processes
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively manage ambiguity, and drive execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools
  • PMP or other project/program management certification (preferred)
  • Experience in marketing technology (MarTech), campaign tools, or content/workflow platforms (preferred)
  • Background supporting relationship marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution teams (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of phased rollouts for new tools or capabilities
  • Establish and manage a disciplined operating rhythm (e.g., agendas, action tracking, decision logs, workback plans)
  • Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including proactive escalation
  • Translate rollout strategies into clear readiness criteria, go-live gates, and execution plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across operations, tooling, governance, and enablement teams
  • Support and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and execution
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption
  • Create clear stakeholder materials outlining what is changing, who is impacted, and scope boundaries
  • Own documentation governance, ensuring accuracy, version control, and a single source of truth
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, FAQs, and process documentation as capabilities evolve
  • Lead communications and enablement efforts, including release notes, announcements, and training coordination
  • Facilitate feedback loops and incorporate insights into continuous improvement efforts
  • Present plans, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
