- Strong network of influencers, managers, and talent agents
- Experience managing influencer campaigns with multiple stakeholders on key social platforms including Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok
- Knowledge in influencer reporting and analysis
- Exceptional communication skills
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to work both in a self-directed and proactive nature, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented, energetic, atmosphere
- Excellent organizational skill sets with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
- Demonstrates a keen sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results
- Deep understanding of industry trends, digital culture and the evolving influencer landscape
Responsibilities
- Drive influencer marketing strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with the broader brand and campaign objectives
- Participate in internal briefings, creative ideation and strategy development
- Lead drafting of influencer briefs, ensuring clear, strategic direction and creative inspiration for the influencer
- Oversee influencer identification and vetting process, ensuring strong brand alignment, target audience specifications and cultural fit
- Lead influencer outreach and negotiations, maintaining thorough tracking of all scope and pricing negotiation details, while keeping in mind pay equity
- Serve as primary liaison for influencer partners and talent managers, fostering long term relationships
- Oversee campaign execution from end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met during the creative review process
- Lead campaign wrap-up influencer reporting and analysis, translating performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, with support from Associate Director
- Lead creative review process, providing strategic feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brief deliverables
