Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable operations or a similar finance role
- Strong understanding of AR processes, payment application, and reconciliation
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills

- Familiarity with internal controls and audit practices is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review AR aging reports and perform invoice, payment, and credit reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with customers, Collections, and Sales teams
- Oversee daily payment application processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction postings
- Work cross-functionally to resolve billing and payment discrepancies (chargebacks, short payments, overpayments)
- Ensure timely and accurate upload of payment documentation to internal systems
- Support bi-weekly bank reconciliations related to AR entries and assist with external audits
- Manage payment reconciliation and reporting for consignment accounts
- Process account adjustments, write-offs, and credit memos in compliance with company policies
- Conduct weekly quality reviews of payment applications and reconciliations
- Analyze AR performance metrics (KPIs) and provide insights
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
