- 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior fit-out for warehouse and fulfillment center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the real estate team to assess feasibility and develop design concepts for interior fit-out of warehouse and fulfillment center projects.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery according to specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Assist in the procurement process, including obtaining bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Provide post-contract facilities management support, ensuring that the completed project meets operational requirements and maintenance standards.
