Responsibilities
- Develop strong long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact.
- Responsible for key restaurant partners' engagement and satisfaction.
- Responsible for driving business growth and setting the growth strategies of accounts.
- Improve on commercial and operational performance of accounts.
- Analyze data on accounts performance and quantify your actions.
- Complete merchant performance reviews monthly and draw out next month’s plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and supply, partner and customer domains to ensure meeting growth objectives.
