  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales
  • Experience in prospecting and acquiring new clients
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to sell complex solutions
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level deals
  • Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel across Finland
  • Driver’s license
  • Meritorious: Experience from measurement systems, DAQ, sensors, or test & measurement, or similar technical fields
  • Meritorious: Previous experience with public procurement
  • Meritorious: Previous experience managing a team/personnel responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing key accounts and create new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify and convert new market opportunities through proactive prospecting and sales efforts
  • Conduct customer meetings both digitally and on-site
  • Deliver technical product demonstrations of both hardware and software
  • Manage complex solution sales with long sales cycles
  • Collaborate closely with support, back office, and Nordic leadership
  • Contribute strategically to the continued expansion of the Finnish market
