Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on/tactical experience managing Paid Search campaigns
- Experience managing a minimum of $50K monthly USD budget
- Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, concatenations, pivot tables)
- Inherent problem-solving skills
- Driven and self-starting personality with a thirst for continuous learning in digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant marketing certifications
- Must be US-based (Austin, TX candidates preferred for hybrid work; open to fully remote for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue with great ROAS via paid search channels (Google and Bing)
- Optimize bidding, creative, and audiences for campaigns
- Build and optimize paid search campaigns, managing high-budget key accounts
- Serve as the Paid Search subject matter expert
- Leverage in-house reporting systems and analytical tools for data-driven decisions and optimizations
- Collaborate globally with US and European teams to report performance, results, and trends
- Create, test, iterate, and optimize Paid Search campaigns in Google and Bing
- Report and present campaign performance, action plans, roadmap, and forecasts to leadership and team members
- Engage with diverse internal teams (analytics, creative, marketing ops, technical) to align on campaign deliverables
- Build strong relationships with ad platform representatives to stay ahead of industry developments
