Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on/tactical experience managing Paid Search campaigns
  • Experience managing a minimum of $50K monthly USD budget
  • Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, concatenations, pivot tables)
  • Inherent problem-solving skills
  • Driven and self-starting personality with a thirst for continuous learning in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant marketing certifications
  • Must be US-based (Austin, TX candidates preferred for hybrid work; open to fully remote for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue with great ROAS via paid search channels (Google and Bing)
  • Optimize bidding, creative, and audiences for campaigns
  • Build and optimize paid search campaigns, managing high-budget key accounts
  • Serve as the Paid Search subject matter expert
  • Leverage in-house reporting systems and analytical tools for data-driven decisions and optimizations
  • Collaborate globally with US and European teams to report performance, results, and trends
  • Create, test, iterate, and optimize Paid Search campaigns in Google and Bing
  • Report and present campaign performance, action plans, roadmap, and forecasts to leadership and team members
  • Engage with diverse internal teams (analytics, creative, marketing ops, technical) to align on campaign deliverables
  • Build strong relationships with ad platform representatives to stay ahead of industry developments
