Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years in commercial insurance client management or sales
- Active P&C insurance license
- Experience with management liability
- Skilled at managing & prioritizing workloads to meet the needs of prospective clients
- Proven ability to consistently meet sales goals
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Google Suite
- Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team
- Ability to perform at a high-level in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions and deal progress in CRM.
- Ensure all opportunity fields are properly updated to support healthy pipeline hygiene and reliable forecasting.
- Provide accurate projections toward quarterly goals and collaborate with sales leadership.
- Take full ownership of inbound leads generated by Embroker and self-sourced opportunities.
- Qualify prospects efficiently, assess their business needs, and guide them through the buying journey.
- Serve as a trusted advisory by understanding each prospect's unique business needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Embroker’s offerings and open marketing alternatives.
- Partner closely with the Client Success team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed promptly.
- Leverage insights gained from client interactions and feedback to help shape the evolution of Embroker’s proprietary products.
