Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (demand gen, growth, or similar)
- Experience supporting campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable results
- Familiarity with paid media
- Familiarity with email marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- E-commerce or marketing tech experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth
- Execute integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, display & retargeting, email, events & partnerships
- Assist in building and optimizing lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with content and product marketing on campaign messaging and assets
- Track campaign performance and analyze results to inform future improvements
- Help manage marketing automation workflows and maintain data accuracy in HubSpot and CRM systems
- Assist with budget tracking and campaign spend optimization
- Contribute to testing new growth channels and tactics
