  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Supported C-suite for at least 2 years in the SaaS/technology industry
  • Proven experience with complex calendar management and stakeholder coordination
  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace

  • Expert proficiency in video conferencing platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar, communications, and daily operations
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones with internal teams, investors, customers, and partners
  • Build trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Arrange domestic and international business travel, including detailed itineraries and travel documentation
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive sessions, and all-hands events with complete logistics support
  • Track strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders including investors, board members, and executive team
  • Assist with occasional personal tasks and logistics to help the CEO stay organized and focused, including coordinating personal appointments, travel, and key communications
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to keep high-priority initiatives moving forward
  • Support corporate events, conferences, and speaking engagements from conception to execution
