Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned region (including Germany, Austria, or Switzerland)
  • Serve as the main contact between customer and company, understanding needs, goals, and challenges, with a focus on on-site appointments
  • Build and maintain close relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve a monthly call target of 500 and establish contacts with at least 145 customers
  • Conduct outbound calls on weekdays from 9:30–11:30 AM and 2:00–3:30 PM (except during external appointments)
  • Arrange approximately 15 high-quality personal appointments per month
  • Track sales opportunities with support from the back office team
  • Inform customers about new developments, products, and events
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and derive strategic approaches for revenue growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for multiple products/services
  • Coordinate pipeline follow-ups and manage appointments and closing dates
  • Adhere to KPIs
  • Possess sound product knowledge and confidently sell the product range
  • Identify customer growth potentials and adapt offers to their needs and goals
  • Conclude contracts and conduct contract negotiations with customers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Answer customer questions and concerns, and solve problems
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions; use market knowledge to identify new business opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback and forward it to relevant departments
  • Proactively identify opportunities for contract extensions or expansions
