Responsibilities

  • Conduct conversations with warm leads who already know Jens Rabe and the Academy and have been pre-qualified, avoiding cold acquisition.
  • Clarify needs and provide consultation by listening, asking the right questions, and understanding clients' professional and emotional situations.
  • Clearly explain how collaboration with the Academy works without pressure.
  • Demonstrate closing strength with empathy, addressing uncertainties calmly and concretely.
  • Lead clients to a clear close with structure and clarity when they are ready.
  • Proactively follow up with interested parties to keep the pipeline active and provide regular feedback to the team.
  • Maintain clean documentation of conversation histories to ensure traceability and seamless team collaboration.
