Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is preferred
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding, budgeting, and optimisation techniques
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in other ad tracking/reporting tools
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for client-facing discussions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Self-starter with minimal supervision required
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, including search, display, video, shopping, and remarketing campaigns
- Ability to assist with ad copy with correct framework, visual assets and a keen eye for detail
- Experience working with Google grants - from application to executing campaigns
- Strong background in driving campaigns across b2b, b2c and e-comm
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximise campaign performance
- Monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, including CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs
- Create, test, and optimise ad copy, creatives, and landing pages in collaboration with the design/content team
- Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics to accurately measure campaign performance using Google Tag Manager
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights for clients
- Communicate confidently with clients, explaining campaign results, recommendations, and strategy updates
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, development, analytics) to align campaigns with client objectives
