Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary lead for our airline commerce media client, aligning Vantage’s solutions with the specific objectives of the travel and loyalty ecosystem
  • Architect and refine launch processes for our airline partner, ensuring cross-functional teams (Product, Ad Ops, and Sales) are aligned for takeoff
  • Lead recurring strategy sessions and QBRs, delivering data-driven insights that translate traveler behavior into actionable marketing roadmaps
  • Facilitate advanced platform training for new users, collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure seamless technical onboarding
  • Oversee procurement, contracting, and technical integration workflows, ensuring a smooth transition from initial sale to full-scale execution
  • Manage timelines, risks, and requirements across complex product workstreams using a high degree of technical aptitude
  • Share delivery learnings to help refine airline launch processes, documentation, and best practices as Vantage scales its airline business
