Requirements
- Significant experience in account management or customer success across ad-tech, mar-tech, or commerce media
- Strong Ad platform knowledge (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms
- Ability to master complex systems
- Proficiency with Smartsheets, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, and G-Suite
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders within the airline and travel industry
- Strategic mindset for fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excels at building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
- Proven ability to exceed goals and operate with a high degree of ownership
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for our airline commerce media client, aligning Vantage’s solutions with the specific objectives of the travel and loyalty ecosystem
- Architect and refine launch processes for our airline partner, ensuring cross-functional teams (Product, Ad Ops, and Sales) are aligned for takeoff
- Lead recurring strategy sessions and QBRs, delivering data-driven insights that translate traveler behavior into actionable marketing roadmaps
- Facilitate advanced platform training for new users, collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure seamless technical onboarding
- Oversee procurement, contracting, and technical integration workflows, ensuring a smooth transition from initial sale to full-scale execution
- Manage timelines, risks, and requirements across complex product workstreams using a high degree of technical aptitude
- Share delivery learnings to help refine airline launch processes, documentation, and best practices as Vantage scales its airline business
