Requirements
- Recognised degree/diploma in Business Administration / Corporate Services / Legal Studies or equivalent
- Professionally certified with CGQP qualification and a member of CSIS is preferred
- Comfortable with being appointed as the named secretary for clients in their portfolio
- More than 5 years experience in client facing and handling complex corporate secretarial matters including experience being RQI and named company secretary, and attending board of directors meetings
- Proven track record of working in a fast paced and technology driven organisation
- Good understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications
- Resourceful and experience with various productivity software applicable to facilitate daily work
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, highly-organised and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to adapt to VUCA way of thinking and contribute to process improvement efforts
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities
- Prioritise tasks effectively and perform responsibilities efficiently while working under supervision and managing assigned client matters accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients and be available to support the execution of assigned corporate secretarial duties.
- Deliver quality service to clients within your portfolio, ensuring timely completion of tasks, accurate billing support, proper documentation, and adherence to client service standards.
- Be appointed as named secretary for clients within your portfolio and perform related responsibilities with guidance and supervision.
- Plan and execute work effectively in accordance with the agreed scope of services and statutory deadlines.
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of the Singapore regulatory framework, including the Companies Act 1967, AML/CFT requirements, and ACRA compliance matters.
- Develop a solid understanding of client operations and business objectives to support accurate and effective execution of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational efficiency, accurate statutory filings, workflow improvements, and compliance with regulatory deadlines.
- Uphold professional standards, maintain strict client confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and knowledge development.
