Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Outreach & Lead Generation / Sales Development Representative (SDR) function
- Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
- 2+ years of experience executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, follow-ups, and prospect engagement using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- 2+ years of experience in cold email outreach and sequencing, using platforms like Instantly or Lemlist
- 2+ years of experience in lead sourcing and data scraping, using tools such as Apollo
- Proven experience in building and optimizing outbound pipelines, including campaign tracking, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- 1+ year of experience managing CRM systems and lead tracking workflows
Responsibilities
- Send up to 400 targeted connection requests per month on LinkedIn
- Identify and engage decision-makers (HR Directors, Managing Directors, Sales Directors)
- Execute multi-step follow-up sequences in a personalized tone
- Send voice note follow-ups to increase engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize messaging for LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage cold and warm email campaigns
- Source and scrape contact details for target prospects
- Execute structured 3-touch email sequences
- Integrate LinkedIn leads into email follow-ups
- Track and improve response and conversion rates for email campaigns
- Create and schedule up to 5 LinkedIn posts per week
- Write content based on provided video materials and themes (Founder story, Emotional intelligence, Cost of a bad hire, Industry insights)
- Ensure consistent posting across personal and company profiles
- Assist in deploying lead magnets (e.g., AI-based assessments)
- Support campaign adjustments based on performance and engagement
- Support basic SEO improvements
- Assist with CRM updates and integration with the website
- Work with outreach and tracking tools to maintain campaign efficiency
