Job Details

2 to 4 years experience in digital PR, press relations, link building, or social/online community management.
Experience with cold email outreach at volume and proven placement results.
In-depth community engagement experience on Reddit.
Hands-on ownership of at least two of: Reddit, LinkedIn, cold email outreach, online forum and community engagement.
Curiosity about SEO and AEO.
Genuine interest in the AI space and staying updated on AI trends and tools.

Use Peec and Ahrefs to identify where Workyard is cited and missing, and identify competitor placements.
Build and maintain an outreach and engagement list ranked by LLM visibility impact.
Send personalized cold emails to authors, editors, and content managers pitching Workyard for inclusion.
Develop story ideas, angles, and news hooks for pitching to high-authority publications.
Work with writers and content leadership to develop reactive angles for product updates, customer wins, and milestones.
Engage naturally in online communities like Reddit, Sage forums, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and Quora.
Manage both branded Workyard accounts and persona-based engagement across communities.
Maintain the Workyard subreddit with a regular posting cadence and discussions.
Report monthly on outreach volume, response rates, placements earned, and Workyard's LLM citation rate.
Own the publishing pipeline of company news, press releases, product updates, and awards on the Workyard blog.
Plan and publish posts on the Workyard LinkedIn page tied to product updates, customer stories, industry data, or company milestones.
Publish long-form thought leadership content produced by the writing team across platforms like LinkedIn Pulse, Medium, and Substack.
