Requirements

  • 2+ years in tech recruitment (contract preferred)
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment OR business development
  • Proven experience in winning clients and closing deals
  • Strong ability to generate leads from job boards and outbound activity
  • Strong ability to convert opportunities into revenue
  • Strong ability to sell consultants into the market
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Experience in IBM Maximo / EAM
  • Experience in AI / Cloud / Data

Responsibilities

  • Win new contract business
  • Position consultants into live and speculative opportunities
  • Create demand from the market
  • Identify and win new contract opportunities across Salesforce and IBM Maximo / EAM
  • Build relationships with System Integrators, Consulting Partners, End Clients, and Recruiters
  • Drive outbound activity: LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, market mapping
  • Monitor live job postings and identify roles for consultant supply
  • Proactively contact hiring managers, recruiters, and talent teams
  • Actively market available consultants ("bench") into the market
  • Use a candidate-led sales approach to create demand around strong profiles
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: client engagement β†’ submission β†’ interview β†’ close
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms
  • Build and manage own pipeline of clients, opportunities, and active deals
