Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manhattan Labor Management (MLM) and supply chain consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, computer science or related equivalent
- Experience with Manhattan Labor Management System (MLM) concepts and configuration
- Experience with warehousing and logistic process design and process improvement
- Experience with engineered labor standards, preferred
- Experience conducting frequency and time studies, preferred
- Experience with applying labor standards to measure and conduct operational improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal direction to complete tasks in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Participate in solution design and analysis along with the implementation project team
- Share best practices and provide guidance to clients throughout duration of the project
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match client requirements
- Co-implement the configuration of the solution
- Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality
- Prioritize issues and projects
- Identify clients’ problems, opportunities and risks
- Gather and analyze relevant data
- Conduct client interviews and facility visits
- Work with clients to implement solutions
- Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with clients
- Participate in internal projects as required
- Participate in pre-sales activities as needed
- Participate in industry and marketing activities as needed
